Use this directory to upload anything (programs, plug-ins, macros, images
etc.) that may be of interest to other NIH Image users. Do not upload
commercial software or other copyrighted material. I would also like to get
an email message describing the upload to help me figure out which permanent
directory to put it in. Include a two or three line description that I can
put in the appropriate README file.
