The macro Import PBMplus was written to import the native RAW file format for
the popular PBMplus image translation and manipulation package.  This package
is available at any comp.sources.misc archive site (e.g. anonymous ftp at ftp.uu.net).
The macro is by no means fast and I wouldn't dream of writing a translation tool
for the ASCII file formats of PBMplus though it could be done.   
	This macro can be examined as a tutorial for writing one-off file translation
routines in NIH macro.    I have included an example of each type of PBMplus image,
a binary PBM (portable bitmap), a greyscale PGM (portable greymap) and a PPM
(portable picmap).
